Westlake Boys High School is seeking a full-time, mature team member for the International Department to support our growing number of international students. This is a Term time only position with an added week in each of the January and July holidays to coincide with new international student arrivals.

Key responsibilities of this role include recruiting and managing student homestay families, providing pastoral support to students and assisting with a wide range of administration tasks.

Start date: 19^th June or earlier by arrangement 

Hours:  Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (term time only)

The successful applicant will have:

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Maturity, cultural empathy and understanding. Have the ability to relate to students, caregivers, education agents and colleagues with a high level of professionalism
• Proficiency with databases and technology 
• An interest in digital marketing tools could be an advantage
• Attention to detail and be well organised
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
• A high level of spoken and written English
• A clean driver’s licence 
• Familiarity with the International Code of Practice and its guidelines
